2. How do I register/ upload my profile on www.Click2Match.com?

It is only through a church that your profile can be uploaded on www.Click2Match.com.  Please get in touch with your church leader to upload your profile. If your church is not registered with us please fill in our registration form or email us admin@click2match.com and we will get in touch with you.

3. Can I Edit My profile/picture once my profile is uploaded?

Yes, once you log into your account you will have the option to edit/make changes to your profile and also upload your photographs.

4. Are Contact details revealed?

Contact Details are not displayed on the individuals profiles, It is only when both parties accept each others profiles the email id’s and Pastor’s contact information is revealed.

5. How does the search Process work?

Once you login using your profile id and password you can start your search process by clicking on the “MY SEARCH” link. After entering your search parameters, view the filtered profiles and then you can choose to contact probable prospect. It would be wise, if you discussed the shortlisted profiles with your Parents, Guardians and Church Leader before contacting them.

6. What If I do not want the church to do a search on my behalf?

While the service does not permit you to block the church from doing a search on your behalf, it is best that you inform your church pastor or co-ordinator that you do not wish them to search for suitable proposals on your behalf

7. Can I do a Partner search on my own?

Yes, you can search and contact prospect individuals. Once your profile is uploaded by a church you can login using your member id and password that will be emailed to you on the email id provided by you during registration.

8. How Do Members get in touch with me?

Once Members short list your profile, you will receive a notification in your Inbox with details of their profile. You then have the choice of accepting a profile for further consideration or you can decline the profile. Once you accept a profile for further consideration, email id’s and Pastor’s contact details will be exchanged.

9.  Are my personal details secure on Click2Match.com?

Yes, your personal details are secure.  Click2Match.com only permits registered members to view individual profiles. We do not reveal or disclose publically any personal contact information like residence or office phone nos. Once both parties accept each others profiles, email id’s are exchanged and pastors contact details are revealed.
