Passwords must be kept confidential. • All Profiles can only be uploaded through a Church (except for NRI members) All profiles and photos must be filtered, scanned and checked for accurate information before uploading. Click2Match.com will not be responsible or held liable if false or incorrect information of members are uploaded on the website.   Both Churches and Individuals Members are allowed to access profiles of other church members and accordingly get in touch with them via Click2Match.com. Click2Match.com does not reveal any personal contact information like Residence or Office, Mobile phone numbers or addresses of Members. Email Ids will be exchanged when profiles are accepted by both the parties. Church will be informed about the same. • Individuals/ Churches/ Organizations (like Marriage bureaus etc) are prohibited from using any Database, Profiles and Information available on Click2Match.com to pursue personal or Business purposes. Churches / Individuals / Organizations found indulging in such activities will have their membership terminated without any refund and will face Legal charges. • Any Church / Member found misusing the services or indulging in activities that may be deemed harmful to Click2Match.com and its members will have their membership terminated without any refund. • IN NO EVENT SHALL www.Click2Match.com BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OR CORRUPTION OF DATA OR PROGRAMS, SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS AND PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, EVEN IF www.Click2Match.com KNOWS OR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. • While www.Click2Match.com performs an initial screening of individuals registering for the Service, www.Click2Match.com makes no representations or warranties as to the conduct of such individuals or their compatibility with any current or future Registered Users. • IN NO EVENT SHALL www.Click2Match.com BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE WHATSOEVER, WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, GENERAL, SPECIAL, COMPENSATORY, CONSEQUENTIAL, AND/OR INCIDENTAL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE CONDUCT OF YOU OR ANYONE ELSE IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, BODILY INJURY, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES RESULTING FROM COMMUNICATIONS OR MEETINGS WITH OTHER REGISTERED USERS OF THIS SERVICE OR PERSONS INTRODUCED TO YOU BY THIS SERVICE. • You will indemnify and hold harmless www.Click2Match.com, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses relating to or arising out of your use of the Service, including any breach by you of the terms of this Agreement.
